Build Your Real Estate Goals with Sustainability

Margaret Campbell, Realtor, AHS, ABR, SRES, MBA

Whether you want to buy or sell, let me help you build your real estate goals with sustainability.

In 1983 my husband, Chris, daughter, Cammee, and I moved to Maine because my husband had been hired as a Professor of Botany at the University of Maine. I have loved living in Maine, because of its natural beauty, recreational opportunities, personal safety and lack of traffic.  Our daughter is now married to a lawyer, Tim Shannon, and living in Massachusetts with their daughter, Emma, who was born in October 2008.

Training and Background

I have training, designations and experience to create sustainable real estate successes for you.  With a designation in staging, Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS), I provide advice on how to market your home to buyers. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I will work with buyers to find the house that fits their needs anywhere in the state of Maine. A Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation has trained me to help retirees sell their houses and relocate. Also an MBA from the University of Maine and over 20 years of experience living and working in Maine guarantees that I will meet your real estate goals.

My early career included working in a greenhouse and as a Public Relations Coordinator at the Massachusetts Horticultural Society.  After returning to school for an Economics Undergraduate Degree and an MBA, I was employed in economic research,  information system administration and since 2004 in real estate.  I have loved working in real estate.  I find that I use all of my past training and particularly find rewarding the sustainable and gardening aspects of the properties that I list and sell in real estate.

Success with Sustainability

Whether you choose to adapt an existing property to conserve energy or build a "green" design, some aspect of sustainability in your real estate is important today.
